Build-to-order

Our boats are predominantly built to order. The manufacturing process typically takes around 90 days from the confirmation of your payment. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and may vary depending on production demands and the specifics of your order

Boats in stock

At times, we have a selection of pre-built boats available for immediate purchase. Availability of these boats is subject to change and is based on current stock levels at the time of your inquiry

The timeframes mentioned for boat manufacturing do not include shipping durations. Shipping arrangements and related costs are the buyer's responsibility, as detailed in our shipping policy

Should you wish to modify your initial order, please submit your request in writing. Be aware that changes may incur additional charges and can affect the estimated delivery timeline

Payments are required according to the terms agreed upon at the time of your order. A detailed invoice will outline the specifics of the payment schedule and amounts due

Order cancellations are permitted within a designated period and may be subject to cancellation fees. All cancellation requests must be made in writing

We offer a warranty for our boats, covering certain components and craftsmanship under normal usage conditions. Full details of this warranty will be provided with your purchase

UX Marine Pty Ltd nor UX Habitat Pte Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use of our products, except as covered by our warranty

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes have to be resolved in arbitration and not in court

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms
